Terms & Conditions

1. For the promotion, the eligible customer must satisfy the following during the period 14 January 2022, 10.00 am (UTC) and 28 January 2022, 11.59 pm (UTC) (“both dates inclusive”) (“Promotion period”) in order to receive the reward (as defined below), provided always that you satisfy all the qualifying criteria set out in these Terms and Conditions.
2. On completion and fulfilment of the stated terms and conditions of this promotional activity in this email/medium (to be customised accordingly) and having whitelisted an ETH wallet on FINXFLO’s trading platform before the end of the promotion period, USD 30 worth of ETH will be credited into your FINXFLO wallet within/after 10 business days from 28 January 2022.
3. The 30 USD worth of ETH cannot be withdrawn before your next trade on the FINXFLO platform. To the extent necessary and/or applicable, any USD to ETH conversion rates will be taken from “CoinGecko” at any time (or such other applicable conversion rate as may be determined by FINXFLO from time to time).
4. Each participant in this promotion shall only be eligible to participate once.
5. For the avoidance of doubt, FINXFLO reserves the right to determine in its sole and absolute discretion whether the customer has fulfilled the conditions of the promotion, and any such decision by FINXFLO will be final.
6. FINXFLO has the sole and absolute discretion to exclude any eligible customer from participating in the promotion without any obligation to furnish notice and/or reason.
7. FINXFLO reserves the right to disqualify or disregard any eligible customer who does not comply with the terms and conditions contained herein.
8. FINXFLO may at its discretion forfeit the USD 30 worth of ETH, or if already awarded, reclaim the USD 30 worth of ETH at the expense of the eligible customer without payment, compensation, and/or having to give any reasons whatsoever in the event FINXFLO subsequently discovers that the eligible customer is not eligible to participate in the promotion and/or to receive USD 30 worth of ETH.
9. The promotion is not valid in conjunction with other promotions carried out by FINXFLO.
10. In the event of any inconsistency or discrepancy between the terms and conditions contained herein and the contents in this email/medium (to be customised accordingly), the terms and conditions contained herein shall prevail.
